Our Process

HOW WE BUILD GRINDING WHEELS THAT LAST LONGER

From materials to testing. Built without compromise

1. Material Selection

We begin with carefully selected abrasive grains like brown fused alumina or silicon carbide, combined with high-grade phenolic resin and performance-enhancing fillers.

2. Mixing

A computer-controlled system blends abrasives, resin, and fillers to ensure uniform coating and consistency across every batch.

3. Pressing & Molding

The abrasive-resin blend is shaped in respective mold under computer automated hydraulic force, incorporating a reinforcement to enhance structural integrity.

4. Heat Curing

Each wheel is cured at high temperatures in precision ovens. This process ensures bond strength, dimensional stability, and long life under tough conditions.

5. Finishing

After curing, wheels are trimmed, balanced, and inspected for size, roundness, and surface integrity.

6. Quality Control

Every wheel undergoes crack detection, speed/burst test, and final inspection before it’s packed and shipped.
